Just a followup to say that "datapinball" came right yesterday with
the missing plastic.

Apparently my emails were ending up in his spam bucket so he never got
my emails.  My lesson from this experience is: When in doubt, use the
"Contact user through eBay" utility rather than direct email.

While I do think that the parts I got are substandard, I do think that
they are better than nothing.  I just wish that the eBay listing
stated that they were non-original parts.

Feedback and webpage have been amended accordingly.
